Real Estate sales for the 2nd Quarter continue to be strong in both Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte. Sales price and total volume improved in all categories, most notably in land sales where sales price increased 152%.
Gunnison’s 2nd Quarter was not as robust with a 44% decrease in single family homes. This decrease can be attributed to low inventory. Condos and Townhomes faired a little better exhibiting gains in both sales price and total volume.
Our market has seen a steady support from the front range buyer, with over 50% of my sales coming from the Denver and Boulder areas.
