The below photo is from Gunnison-Crested Butte.

    Market Conditions

New listings are up 52% and under contracts are up 33%. We currently have $44M under contract. Months supply of inventory is 2.0 (if no new listings come on the market, in 2 months, inventory would be at zero). Inventory is very low. Again the question keeps coming up…are we in a bubble. Most experts say no. I’m including one such article, “Yes, Real Estate Prices Are Soaring, No, We Are Not in a Bubble.”

It’s a hard market for Buyers, yet you can find a great home with some patience. For those thinking about selling, now is the time. If you are curious about your home value, please reach out for a free home valuation.

    Vail Resorts Update

The 2021/2022 Epic Passes are back on sale at 20% off – don’t forget to buy yours! The stay longer and save more lodging discount is still available and is a great option for a week vacation in Crested Butte!

If you have already planned your trip, we recommend taking the scenic chair lift ride up the Silver Queen lift to Mt. Crested Butte’s peak. If you enjoy mountain biking, the bike park accessible by the Red Lady Lift bike haul is a must-do.
